I have tried a few eye shadow primers and I didn’t really care for it. I was watching  youtube video about the Mary Kay eye primer. I have never tried it out, even though I was a Mary Kay beauty advisor for awhile. I was so impressed with the  staying power. When I use my 88 shimmer pallet from coastal scents, I use my primer from MK and that’s when the magic starts! It doesn’t crease or come off.

I got to try out everything that I bought and I love it! The eye shadows are very pigmented and the brushes are fanstasic I am really glad I put a order in. My next order is going to be the makeup brush belt for $15 dollars.

I used to be a huge fan of the Mac eye shadows, until I found out about Coastal Scents 88 shimmer pallet. Don’t get me wrong, the Mac eye shadows are good, but I find that they tend to wear off quickly, even with my Mary Kay primer. I LOVE the colors in the 88 shimmer pallet. I can not stress enough how much I love this pallet. I am so tempted to buy another one and just hold on it, because it is just that good!

Coastal Scents also has a matte finish pallet too. I haven’t tried that one yet, but next time I order, I am planning on ordering it to try it out. There are so many beautiful eye popping colors. They stay on, even without primer, but I always use primer to make the colors pop! The blues are so incredible. I don’t tend to wear colors like that, but this pallet of blues is so pretty not too.

The colors are buildable, so you can pile on color after color and they blend very well. I never knew about Coastal Scents until I started watching Youtube videos and then I got hooked. Sometimes these pallets sell out very quicky, so be sure to check them out!
